Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business day to let you know your order is in progress.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Canvas orders are generally shipped within 30 days using Evri with their standard shipping time of 3 days.
Shirt framing orders are generally shipped within 14 days using Parcel Force with their standard shipping time of 2 days. We do not ship outside of the UK at this time.

Orders of £100 or more are subject to FREE shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:


We do not currently offer international shipping at this stage.


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sporty Canvases is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery (excluding Shirt Framing or Canvasing Your Own Shirt collections as these are non refundable) if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, please see our returns policy for further information.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sportycanvases.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
